Every year, I have Horton Plumbing perform my backflow testing at my company. They are phenomenal! Extremely professional. I highly recommend him and his company.

We had Horton come to our home to help with a backed-up sink. They were very polite, knowledgeable, & took the time to explain what he was doing. They took the time to confirm that the root cause of the issue was addressed before leaving.

Office staff always called us when they promised, and all the technicians they sent out were fabulous. We ended up having to get the water heater replaced, and we decided to do the furnace and A/C at the same time. Our primary tech was Dave Wasreck who was absolutely fabulous. He explained everything really well when the plan needed to change and really had our best interest at heart, and it ended up saving us a few thousand dollars! The guys that worked with him were also incredibly professional and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

We are so pleased with the drain tile cleanouts in our basement, by Horton. He was professional and did very thorough work. He took the time to update me on the work progress and show me the results of his work.
